I went thru several online color vendors. The color compositions were not nice to my hair or scalp. One was thinning my hair when I discovered ONC. When it says natural, it's true I've been using ONC for 6 months now. No negative side effects and it's comforting to know that it works with heat and differently from colors that open up the scalp thus causing allergic reactions. I even mix two colors to get the shade I like and my hair is softer, shinier and looks more natural. ONC could add better supplies like good quality gloves and shampoo& conditioner packets along with the color order.
I love this product. It covers my grey very well and even makes my hair feel thicker and fuller. My hair looks and feels healthy.
It was not a complicated as I thought it would be and the color came out very nice.
This brand is definitely the best what I found for coloring my hair looks more vibrant and shiny

8CA by itself was too light for me, so I did half and half 8CA & 6CA with 3 teaspoons of 7N for better gray coverage. I may try 6CA by itself next time. I gave it 5 stars because ONC colors, any shade, are much better than salon color.
Love this hair color, however I have not received my order placed 3 weeks ago, with no satisfactory response from customer service. No product, no refund, nothing in transit!!
I LOVE ONC colors in general. My 7G I was using was out of stock so I tried 8CA (no 7 available) with 3 tsp of 7N for better gray coverage. 8CA is a pretty caramel color (gray didn’t cover as well as with 7G with 7N) but is lightening up with washes. Next time I plan to try 1/2 8CA with 1/2 6CA.
There’s no more 4N or 5N in stock so I tried 3N and it actually was a better shade for me . This product is great because there’s no strong scent, hair is softer. I especially like that color is from natural source
I gave this 4 stars because ONC has been out of my regular color for 2 months and I had to buy what was available. This color although medium is too dark for me. I am happy with 5N but ONC has not had most of the colors available for a long time. It’s a great product on the whole, but I need something that highlights a bit.
Went looking for a product I used before, labeled hair loss shampoo and conditioner package. What I noticed was almost all products were out of stock. So I ended up getting a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner set instead It was very pricey. I'm not sure I should have purchased it since the moisturizing effect isn't there altho it smells good I'm disappointed and puzzled why pretty much all products they're advertising on their site are unavailable. ONC customer service is not as personalized as some other custom hair color companies. It makes me think twice to order again.

Very satisfied with the products , I also mix with the 7RN Irish and the results was amazing and no issues or damages in my hair at all.
This is an amazing hair color. When applying it’s very soothing and calm plus contains no harsh chemicals. After about 2 weeks, the color is still strong. Thanks to the creators for this amazing product and hope to see your brand in many many stores. 😊

I am allergic to commercial hair dyes. I have tried many from different companies and either they burn my scalp or they don’t cover gray. This is the only hair color that I can use and I really hope that the company continues this product. FYI sometimes 5N Light Brown is sold out and that’s the only drawback. Please keep it in stock. I also go to my private hairstylist and he has me sit under a hairdryer for 20 minutes when coloring my hair. The results are superior and the color lasts so long that I don’t need to go as often.
I’m very happy with the switch from golden to light ash blonde. I am naturally white on the top front and sides. Darker blonde in the back of head. It looks very natural! I can go 4-5 weeks before I’m due for a refresh coloring of my roots. My hair has improved in texture and less hair loss. I’m very satisfied!
I love not using peroxide to lighten my hair. This covers the gray, subtlely lightens and the color lasts for a long time. My scalp is not itchy or burning as it was with other products. My hair is not dry or broken.

I had hennaed my hair for years, but the gray covering frequently was too much with the work involved in mixing henna. So I tried this and love it! No smell and the color doesn't seem to get brassy. My new color!
Easy to use, results last. This product does not dry out your hair. My hair is soft and silky after using it. I feel this color is too light for me, I will try a darker shade next time.
